Implementation
Application implementation usually contains much more tasks than just installing the software, distributing the user rights and training the users. Data migration, performance tuning and post-implementation reviews are equally important parts of the implementation process for us. One of the prerequisite of the smooth implementation is that data migration and software performance issues have been the essential part of the project already from the early stage of business analyses and have been taken care during the whole project. Poor data quality can cause serious problems during the post-implementation stage.
